Please be aware that the steel sheet used to make this product is bare metal and has not been exposed to the weather. This will enable you to paint the item if you so wish. It could have a few cut marks, but they won’t change the piece’s aged, rustic appearance. Once exposed to the elements, the item will very quickly develop a distinct rusty patina.
